One striking book.

I came across one quotation that struck me hard. It's from Mark Twain saying: " A little starvation can really do more for the average sick man than can the best medicines and doctors." Striking, isn't it?

Not really new information and seemed more opinion than research based

I thought the information seemed credible but mostly gave generalizations instead of explaining more of the basis for the argument (ie research). I would have preferred a female voice. The mans voice seemed a little disconnected from the dialog.

Horrible

This is by far the worse audio book I have listen to. It repeats the same information over and over again. Save your money and just read about fasting on google. I am returning this. I will not even finish

sounds promising

Challenging but meaningful.

Getting enough ideas.

Good Source

I had no idea fasting could be such a life saver for so many ailments, not just losing weight. You won't need to buy any other book on the subject. Really well written and easy to follow too. I will be reading more of his stuff for sure.

Great Tips

I recommend this for anyone who wants to learn more about fasting and is in good health--but understand, regardless of the title, water fasting is NOT a diet and is a very, dangerous way to lose weight just to lose weight--one should be very healthy and mentally/emotionally sound before attempting a water fast as this type of fast can be very taxing on the body and on one's mental health.

Great Book

The best part about this book is that this person shares some of his own experiences which makes this more valuable. What is very, very important for those exploring water fasts is to PREPARE them for what happens often sequentially on water and absolute fasts.

Excellent

I appreciate the whole book and I am going to read his other ones as well. I look forward to completing this fast and finding freedom in surrendering my food addiction and lack of discipline.
