when I think of trolls I think big hair or some big shit under a bridge.
Not these trolls.
Loved this story, from the battles to the story line I was kept in fascination and I would love to see another book in the series.

Amazing, simply amazing. Great characters, story, and the performance by the narrator was awesome. These books will have your heart racing for battle, give a sweet smile for the small but realistic heart warming romance, and have you in tears for the loss of a character. After reading it I feel that this is how all fantasy troll should be. A great story I would recommend to everyone.

Ralph Lister has to be my favourite narrator. After listening to him in Shogun, I was sold on checking this out.
Ben Hale then really impressed me with his story telling ability.
This is my first fantasy and in my mind, much better than lord of the rings.

This trilogy is well worth the time to listen to. The story moves along rapidly and takes flights of fancy, on the whole the tale is most entertaining and thrilling.
I thoroughly recommend this set if books to followers of S.F. and the rendition by the narrator is extremely well done.
