Publisher's Summary
If you want to change your life for the better, then you must incorporate these three Japanese principles.
Have you heard of Wabi sabi, ikigai, and kaizen? These are three Japanese principles that can help you transform your life and help you achieve growth and prosperity.
It seems that the majority of people nowadays are in a relentless pursuit of perfection - in possessions, relationships, achievements. As a result, they become victims of stress, anxiety, depression, and hasty judgement. This is where the ancient Japanese principles step in and invite you to take a pause, think about your life, and change it for the better.
Wabi sabi is a wonderful Japanese principle that invites people to find beauty in imperfection and to accept the natural cycle of growth, decay, and death. This concept is very helpful as it promotes self-reflection and development. Wabi sabi is meant to liberate all those who demand too much from themselves.
Kaizen, on the other hand, means “change for the better". This principle is meant to stimulate personal improvement through constantly making small but steady changes. Kaizen is meant to teach people that even the smallest of victories can lead to success.
Last, but not least, ikigai stands for “a reason for being". According to the Japanese philosophy, every person has an ikigai, and every person should go on a journey of discovering what brings them satisfaction and meaning to life.
This enlightening bundle comes with three books: Wabi Sabi, Ikigai, and Kaizen.
Here is what this three-in-one book can teach you:
- The importance of incorporating wabi sabi, ikigai, and kaizen in your life
- How to see the beauty in everything
- The ancient Japanese way of perceiving failure and dealing with challenges
- The secrets of the law of anti-fragility
- How wabi sabi, ikigai, and kaizen can bring success and prosperity to your life
Nowadays, appreciating the things we have and the people we love is slowly starting to lose its value. Incorporating wabi sabi, ikigai, and kaizen in your life will help you take a break from the hectic modern world and find pleasure and gratitude in everything you do.
Bringing wabi sabi, ikigai, and kaizen into your life just requires a little bit of mindfulness and practice. So, what are you waiting for? Listen to this audiobook and start enjoying your life more than ever before!

One of the best audible I found.
The art work in this audio book is outstanding. It looks like a children's audio book, but is really better for adults. The haikus scattered throughout are delightful. An enjoyable treat.

Illustrious achievement book
This is a great resource for anyone planning a trip to Japan. The bibliography alone is worth the purchase! Really helps a westerner to understand a little bit more about Japanese culture and the love of simplicity and beauty.

Not what I expected
This audio book felt like a continuous, run-on sentence of the same information. Was hoping for an in-depth explanation of wabi-sabi, but instead got various definitions of what it means. Probably better as a book than audio book. Rather dry too.

This audible provides in trifles of the topics
This audio book is semi wabi sabi. The way author guides you is more like proposing another hosting chic to be Instagram-able. Wabi Sabi is to appreciate nature and aging, and be humble but in subtle way seeing the beauty.
