This is an easy recipe cookbook for those starting out in ketogenic diet. The recipes are quite tasty and filling. My wife was surprised how quickly most recipes were to make. You will have to purchase some out of the ordinary products for baking but most other items can be purchased from a grocery store or farmer's market. Yes, there are desserts but the healthy kinds.

Easy diet recipes.

While weight reduction is presumably one reason you grabbed this book it's only one of the unforeseen and excellent symptoms of eating such that advantages your whole physical well being.The diet carousel is confounding, bewildering and doesn't get you anywhere.You prop up in circles. A diet is only a dinner plan. Right now you're now on an eating regimen. I highly recommended this book!

Very useful information!

If you are looking for the basics and a quick guide to some great weight loss acts this book is for you. It is not a step by step program with menus and such, just the low down on what you need to do to lose weight. I am very happy with this book!
