This book and most of the recipes

This book and most of the recipes I wanted to check in practice, and I can say that this is the best thing I did, everything turned out very tasty and for people who are trying to lose weight, you should read this book and guide to getting the proper understanding of how to create a perfect vegetarian meal plan for keto follower concentrating in the details of micronutrients as the author has provided all the necessary information needed to know to have a healthy life living in keto as a vegetarian and the author provided detailed information on ketosis and how to create a nutrition plan, why the food should contain a high amount of proteins.

Great user guide......

I have been following this meal plan for a week, and I can easily see the difference now, what I really like about this book is that each day meal plan is divided into breakfast, Lunch and dinner meals and there is no mess, so, I don't feel overwhelmed with a lot of recipes and plans. simply helpful. A helpful book for all Amazon!

Very grateful for this book

I was about to give up on being a vegetarian, but the recipes I have made from the cookbook have made me excited about eating again. It took some adjusting for me because most of the recipes take a lot of prep time. They do have some that are quicker, but every long recipe I have made has been worth it. I feel it is worth it. well done book

Multipurpose recipes

Nice book !

I like the recipes Keto Vegetarian Diet book, it's an honest kind of meals and ways of cookery. there's an in-depth clarification of Ketogenic feeding. most of the people think about a diet as one thing they are doing to turn. I am restoring this to Amazon but would evaluate on the off probability that it may be altered and ensured for exactitude.
