I love that this book

Well written with all the information you need to succeed as a vegetarian. I like that she also explains the different types of eating styles without being judgemental. The author has also included a variety of delicious recipes . I highly recommend this book.

This is a wonderful book.

The recipes inside this book are very simple and easy to follow, but at the same time, they are delicious and perfect for everyday meals. I like this book. This has been a great book for adding more vegetarian options to my cooking. The author does a good job explaining what the diet is, the history, and even includes a recommended diet plan which is helpful.
