As a carnivore.. I love it!

learnt alot on how to, what to and why to.. Good book and i will change my ways. I also prefer the 1 hour over the 12-16 hour books but i found the info was excellent.

Very Helpful

This was written and narrated in a very organized and understanding way. A vegetarian diet is very beneficial for all and it wasnt preachy in anyway. I only wish the author had talked about structuring the portions more or how to approach the 8 hour window. overall a great read.

Lovely book!

Lovely book! Intermittent Fasting company might look at this compendium for a better guide for users. Recipes often fall short, some very short, so learning to use the pot as a tool is essential. Try taking a clue from conventional pressure pot cooking and make adaptions. Great book!

Lovely! Nice to have it! Originally I borrowed this book from our library. There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. Earth well planned book!!

I and my family started the Keto diet recently, and I have experimented a fair amount with random recipes found on the internet. Excellent book and meal planner with full details of menus with a shopping list for each week. I prefer this book for all. That's right you are allowed to drink more than water during your fasting windows. Beverages with zero calories are also acceptable. However, the only way to be 100% certain that it is a zero-calorie drink is to make it from scratch in your own kitchen. These are generally simple to whip up and can include.
