Great, Makes Vegan Keto Easy!

Amazing in every way!!

This book is extremely well written, very intuitively laid out, and the meals are simple to create. She even made the shopping lists for you, and takes advantage of over prep for leftovers to minimize kitchen time. I'd be willing to pay twice what I did for this book.

Easy and yummy recipes

I found it extremely helpful and left me well in formed to move forward with this diet. I’ve tried about 10 of the recipes so far and I love them all. Many of the recipes have a few ingredients and can be put together auickly...even bagels. I’m so happy I found this book!

I found the majority of all of the ingredients I needed at Trader Joes, Whole Foods and regular chain grocery stores. I found larger quantities of some ingredients (like psyllium) thru Amazon.

Eat healthily!

The author includes substitutes and replacements for the most common allergens. I enjoyed most of these keto vegan dishes and I have a peanut allergy. I sometimes need that to keep me motivated to eat healthily!

Amazing Easy recipes which create filling !!

Love it, easy and fast to make recipes .Day two and three I found myself hungry at night and not sure what snacks I could eat. Also the bagels were my least favorite recipe. Otherwise this book is filled with great low carb keto recipes.
