Great explanation.

A well constructed explanation about how complicated and mysterious our brains are. In a few pages it can teach you a whole load of things you didn't even know existed but, without the overwhelming amount of information that exists about the topic. I would classify this book as a good introduction to understanding how the nervous system works.

This book is really helpful.

As a person that has been through some mental conditions, I can say that it would have been very helpful to have this book around when I was at my lowest. Sometimes you need this kind of explanation to understand that there are things that are not your fault, and can be treated to help you get better.

A very illustrative book.

Straight to the point.

One of the things I liked the most about this book is that it goes straight to the point. It doesn't dwell in the metaphysical world nor gives you anecdotes, so you can draw your own conclusions. It talks about the brain. About the subconscious process of the body and how with easy to do technics you can improve those functions and certain aspects of your life.

An audiobook life-changing

I still cannot believe how this book has changed my life. It wasn't easy at first, but by incorporating the exercises into my daily routine I feel a different person all together. Very informative.

One of the things I loved about this book is that it doesn't try to sell you anything. It explains how your mind works, and then it shows you ways how to improve it. Most people don't even dare to look for answers in such a complicated theme as how the brain functions, but I do, and I'm glad I came upon it.

Very effective.

While listening this book, I concluded that there are things in life that seem to hard, or even impossible to do. But there is always a solution. Sometimes, those solutions can be as simple as taking a step back, taking a deep breath, and seeing everything from another perspective. With patience and time you can apply these lessons to your life and surely will see it change.

Very interesting topic

Super informative and explanatory book. Easy to listen and understand. I have been doing the exercises in my daily life, and there's no way I'll stop doing them anytime soon.
