Horrible, horrible narrator
The story was great, but rubbish narrator ruined it. Accents were terrible, she shouldn't be narrating.

Slow but good
The storyline was good, very descriptive but the narrator put me off using the same inflection for different
Characters, quite off putting.

narrator isn't the greatest
struggled to finish this one. ive loved all the others but the narrator was horrible. She struggled with her voice changes for the characters and repeatedly change character voices mutliplte times. some to the point where all characters sounded the same, then suddenly the same character sounded entirely different. was a bit frustrating. i persisted because ive thoroughly enjoyed this book series, in the future i will be avoiding anthing read by this particular narrator.

Narration was terrible
Believe the reviews. The narration for this book was the worst I've heard. The male voices were atrocious. The story was great as usual, with a lot of character growth. But so difficult to get through.

Story as good as always
Storytelling was as good as always, but that’s as far as I’m going on the book itself.
What put me off was the narrator, I will never listen to another book narrated by her this book was spoilt for me.

WORST NARRATOR EVER!!!
Has this narrator even listened to the first few books in the series?????
She is dreadful. The characters were unrecognisable. She imported emotion and inflection where there was none! She turned strong female characters into wimpy complaining, desperate girls!
It would be in the authors best interest to get this audio book re-recorded
Penelope Rawlins you destroyed this book.

Changing narrators in a series is a bad idea
The narrator has a pleasant voice but hasn't quite mastered the nuances of voice acting, particularly male voices. It was very distracting for me at first but as I powered through I got over it.

Bit of a listening struggle.
Struggled with the narrator on this one. Great storyline, as Karin Slaughter is known for, but found myself concentrating too much on the narrators accents for characters, rather than the great story. Narrator would be more suited to stories with less characters.
