Harrison Phillip Fletcher III isn't supposed to be here. Not in Burlington, Vermont, not running Vino & Veritas, a quaint inclusive bookstore and wine bar, and definitely not still alive, at 42. Also not supposed to be here? An unexpected delivery of chickens. Finn Barnes knows chickens. The burly organic farmer knows all about rare breed poultry, but dealing with a hot older bookseller is an entirely different matter. City-slicker types like Harrison never end up staying in Vermont for the long-term. They should steer clear of each other. But the flare of attraction is mutual.

Publisher's Summary
Caleb Masterson is, by all accounts, a successful adult. He graduated college, found a job he loves, and has a place to call home. Unfortunately, he knows what he desires in a relationship is considered too “high-maintenance” for most men and he has decided to not even bother looking. He’s happy with his decision until a sexy man with salt-and-pepper hair limps into his physical therapy office and turns his world upside down.
Careful attention to detail and a need to be in control have helped Travis Barton become the owner of a successful construction company. But that same desire for control is what has pushed his past boyfriends away.... Travis knows what he’s looking for in a relationship isn’t easy to find, and the last place he expects to find the man with the potential to be everything he’s ever hoped for is in his physical therapist’s office. But when Travis overhears an intriguing conversation between his cute physical therapist and a co-worker, he’s suddenly not so anxious to be back at work.
Is it possible for two men, both content in their lives, to find what they’ve both needed in a partner in the most unexpected of places? Or will their desires be too much for the other to handle?
This 83k word daddy/boy novel contains adult topics, including age play, and ABDL themes.

Great story
This was a wonderful story and I was able to get my Daddy kink fix at the same time which makes it even better. When we first meet Travis he is a bit grumpy about doing therapy but is immediately intrigued by Caleb. Caleb has always known he was a Little but other than his best friend, Dex, he has never let another seen that side of him.
Travis hasn’t had a boy in a long time and can’t help but feel drawn to Caleb and I loved watching him break down all of Caleb’s walls as their relationship grew. I was heartbroken for Caleb when he was so sure that he would never find someone who would accept his Little side let alone embrace it the way Travis did and I was glad that Travis was determined (as a good Daddy is) and wasn’t going to walk away from Caleb no matter how scared he could be.
These two were perfect for each other. It was even better that Caleb’s relationship with Travis brought more people into his life, Dex is great and only wants what is best for Caleb but it’s always good to have others to lean on and accept you. I loved Caleb and Dex’s relationship and how open they were with each other and that Caleb could relax and indulge his Little side a bit when they were together. I look forward to other books that would focus on the friends in the book as they look like they may have stories to tell too.
I have never listened to an audiobook ao soon after reading the ebook, I am not sure if it's a great choice for me only for the fact that I could still remember every detail from the book. Bolton Hill did a great job on the narration, I thought the voices he used were perfect for the characters and was glad he did go to the extreme with them as many I have listened to lately have. His reading also didn't run together so it was easy to keep track of the story.
I received a copy of this book and am giving an honest review.

Good listen... more DDLB than just Daddy/boy
This is a sweet story about Caleb, a successful PT, and Travis, a successful construction business owner. Caleb has resigned himself to the belief that only his best friend and neighbor will ever know who he is when he isn't his grown up self.
Travis has been a Daddy Dom before, and happens to overhear a conversation that gives him hope that he may have found his little. He goes after what he wants, and even Caleb is surprised by how comfortable he is around him immediately.
But, Caleb's afraid to be entirely himself; there are some things that he's sure even Travis won't be able to handle. But, with Travis's reassuring guidance, he is finally able to be the true little he has been longing to be. Even his best friend doesn't know all his secrets.
As long as you are aware that this is a Daddy/little story, not just a Daddy/boy story, I think you will really enjoy the listen.
I thought the narrator did a good job. He is new to me, but I didn't notice any annoying habits or proofing issues.

fantastic story
I absolutely adore Travis and Caleb! A perfect fit of boy and daddy, I loved reading about their meeting and the evolution of their relationship. Travis was so caring and just the type of Dominant Daddy the sweet baby boy Cal needed in his life. They knew their kink and they were lucky enough to find what they needed in one another.
Oh and the supporting characters... Dexter was such a wonderful character - stepping in as the big brother to Calwb and helping him in life until he could find what he truly needed. The other characters also piqued my interest and I can not wait to see what else this series holds in store for us. I'm so excited!
The narrator is Bolton Hill. He does a fantastic job bringing the story to the audio listener and making the characters shine.

Sweet age play story
I absolutely loved this book.
Travis owns a construction company and he's hurt himself on the job.
He begrudgingly goes in for physical therapy after an injury to his ankle.
Caleb is a sweet, young physical therapist and when they meet, sparks fly immediately.
Travis is a Daddy and Caleb is a little, so there should be no issue to them being in a relationship.
Except for the fact that Travis hasn't had a boy in a long time after his last partner told him he was too demanding and clingy.
Caleb is afraid that he won't find a Daddy because he's been told he's too much to handle.
I love how these two men were able to explore and find exactly what they needed in one another.
Bolton Hill's narration was, once again, spot on.

Very Sweet ABDL Romance
This was a very sweet ABDL romance between two men severely in need of one another’s love and acceptance. I appreciate the authenticity of each character’s anxieties about their wants and needs, and I also appreciate that this story is not incredibly focused on just sex but the actual nature of the relationship. I would definitely read/listen to another book by this author or in this series. I hope to hear more from Dexter, Larson, and even Logan needs some love. Ben and Asher also seem to have a sweet story I’d like to hear. Great narration!

Adorable, sweet, sexy
Caleb has given up on finding the perfect man for him. He figures it's too much to hope to find a Daddy.
Travis finds himself intrigued by his physical therapist after overhearing a conversation.
As these two men work through their relationship and discover that the other is just what they have been looking for, the story will pull you in and you'll fan yourself at times and laugh out loud at others. Travis is absolutely the perfect Daddy for Caleb and you'll want to hug Caleb and give him presents.

Love these books
Caleb finally tells his story, and we get to meet Travis and Dexter.
There isn't much to say apart from Carly Marie can write and writes well about littles and daddies.
It's a great story, and it captures all the feels and lots of side characters that make up a friends base that we would all love to have. The backstories for all the characters are well defined, and I love how the books overlap.
New to me, narrator Bolton Hill did an incredible job of this book, although like usual, I sped up to 1.25 on audible.

OMG! I loved it! A story of self-discovery, healing, and trust. Truly beautiful!
I’m relatively new to true age-play romance and Carly just does it so well, it’s addictive! Add in Bolton’s narration and these two are becoming an instant 1-click for me.
This story follows sweet, somewhat anxious and cautious Caleb as he embraces the possibility of actually finding his perfect Daddy to meet his needs and accept absolutely all of him. Caleb has been hurt before and made to believe his needs and desires are too high maintenance or unnatural and he believes he will never find someone to wholely and accept all of him. In hobbles Travis to change his life and help him heal.
I found this story touching, heartfelt, sweet and endearing. I love Carly’s writing and this is no exception. Heartfelt and caring age play kink, I really enjoyed it! I can't wait for more in this series! I loved all the characters and can’t wait for more insight into them as they get their stories!
Bolton does a fantastic job narrating this story. I felt all the emotions from Bolton’s narration. I loved it! Bolton and Carly are a dream team!!

Really enjoyable listen
I loved this book and really enjoyed the narration Bolton Hill is growing on me as I struggled with his narration on a previous title. But his choices of voices were good, although would have preferred a more softer voice for Caleb. This will definitely go in my relisten pile.
Caleb is so sweet as a little who doesn’t think anyone would accept him as a little and a daddy is someone to dream about not someone who is actually real!! Until he meets Travis who slowly tries to convince caleb it’s ok to trust him.
On a side note I reallllllyyyy want Dexter’s story!!!

What a voice
The story is right up my alley, it's beyond sweet and Caleb is just the cutest little. What made this for me was the voice of Bolton Hill, it was smooth and I could have listened to him recite the dictionary.
Though there was little difference in the characters voices I found myself not caring about it because of the narrator.

I normally read a book, then again when it's released on Audible, not this time.
I loved how much the narrator brought this story to life, how much he gave all the character's life that wouldn't have been there is I had read it first. Only trouble is, now I simply can't wait for next one to come onto audible.
Carly explained Age play in this book for more than any other books, from both sides of the spectrum. I loved it. Caleb, and little Caleb.. And Travis to die for..

The builder and the physiotherapist
I really enjoyed this story of a stubborn older guy who meets a cute sweet guy who loves dragons. Caleb is a shy boy who knows exactly what he likes and Travis who runs his construction business but is also very much a take charge Daddy type. It's a lovely story as they slowly get to know each other and Cal accepts that Travis is just the type of Daddy that he needs.
Highly recommended for all lovers of Daddy/boy ABDL stories.

Loved it
Carly has quickly become one of my must read authors.
I was so excited to listen to this book.
I loved the story, the characters, and the narration was excellent.
I can’t wait to listen to more audiobooks from Carly and Bolton.
