Wonderful Wonderful!!!
I have loved listening to every minute of Mary Helen's book! I have resonated with everything she has spoken about, and have a tremendous sense of hearing and being heard. Mary Helen speaks to a very deeply held understanding of the oneness of all life in the midst of duality that I have carried with me for many years. This conviction has run counter to the commonly held beliefs in our societies where victims and perpetrators of events are the norm, instead of players on the stage of life where every role plays a pivotal part in the drama of our every day. Her many stories went to the heart of so many of my own issues and experiences and I have wept copious tears as I've listened to the stories unfold. Blessing after blessing. I am tremendously grateful for the way Mary Helen embraces wholeheartedly the recognition of the inherent value in the duality of this one life. That part of me that has been fearful of speaking my own truth in regard to this knowing wants to roar in response, 'YES!! - IT IS SO!!' And what is extra wonderful is that I now I have a sense of contentment within me that I don't need to say a word, because the gift of the knowing makes everything all right - just as it is! Everyone should read this!
This audible was amazing! If everyone could listen to Dr Mary Helen Hensley’s book the world would be a better, less painful place! I will be recommending this book until I leave this psychical body!
