Summary
Un'anziana viene scippata e finisce in coma e un'emittente locale trasmetta la scena di un bambino che si contende del cibo con un cane fra montagne di spazzatura. Due vicende apparentemente scollegate che accendono una lucina nella mente di Mina Settembre, assistente sociale del Consultorio Quartieri Spagnoli Ovest, che decide di indagare con l'aiuto del bel ginecologo Mimmo Gammardella. Per fortuna, arriverà la Signora, uno dei personaggi più poetici di De Giovanni, a guidarla tra gli incanti delle troppe Sirene che tentano di stordirla.
