En Felip és un talp que apareix al jardí de la casa de dos nens, en Quim i el seu germà petit, en Pep. El talp els diu que fa molta estona que corria pels túnels i galeries que havia fet per sota terra i que no aconseguia trobar el camí cap a casa seva. Resulta que tots els forats tenien alguna trampa.
En Felip està molt trist i en Quim i en Pep el volen ajudar. Però per això hauran de baixar a sota terra.
