Ragnhild Bach Ølgaard (1936-2015) var en dansk forfatter og maler. Hun arbejdede i mange år som lærer, men efter sin pensionering dedikerede hun sig fuldt ud til arbejdet som forfatter og maler. Ragnhild Bach Ølgaard har skrevet en lang række fantasybøger for børn og unge.
