Very practical and informative
This Insight and practical instruction into the practice of true yoga, has been a blessing, I felt how important it is to remain honest with ourselves, live our truth, and practice daily the ways of yoga to bring contentment, peace, joy and fulfilment to my life.
Delivered in a way that can be slowly added into daily life, evolving over time and with repetition, to a practice that speaks to the soul.

Essentially definitely delightful
Such an awesome and amazing find in Audible membership I didn’t realise some titles came for free with membership and is a true gem a real beauty! Totally recommend this essential listening really knowledgeable and heaps of day to day skills and logical research to support the methods and vital information beautifully contained in this book such a helpful and easy to understand book the author also has a definitely lovely voice and manner thank you I am so grateful really appreciate this book
