Si può cadere nella tentazione di pensare che "le persone devono lavorare e arrangiarsi". Si tratta di un metodo di sviluppo e consolidamento delle competenze molto versatile ed efficace, ottimo per valorizzare la formazione fatta in aula, a patto che venga guidato da un "istruttore" molto attento e preparato e a patto che segua un percorso di adeguata strutturazione.
