Gorgeous Book

This is very beneficial for us busy parents. It also gives short explanations of why children behave the way they do, making us adults understand them more, and thus be able to come from a positive point whenever they do things they do.

Awesome Audiobook

This is the first book I have ever listen as a learner and I am impressed no end. The author has ensured the language is as simple as possible and made it easier for amateurs like me to understand the nuances of trading.

Narrator is so sweet

Like I want to know what to do with my child after I’ve had enough. I’d rather not spank and want alternatives.

This book has given me fabulous ways

It's a very helpful guide to keeping it together during the toddler years. I'm deep in it and I turn to this book a lot for guidance on how to cope without falling into some of the trappings of my own upbringing that I found detrimental/harmful. A great guide to help you keep things in perspective when your kid is in peak toddler mode.

This is all acknowledged up front by the authors.

There is no perfect parenting method. What works on Monday won't work on Tuesday. What works with one child won't work with another. You won't be a perfect parent either. This is all acknowledged up front by the authors.

Practical ideas for dealing with meltdowns

It has great, practical ideas for dealing with meltdowns. I listened this to help me work more effectively with my four-year-old students. It is easy to listen, and formatted in a way that it is easy to quickly search for a topic or ideas.

This book is the perfect tool

This book is so common sense, but discipline is such an emotionally charged issue that it's nearly impossible to see through the fog of your own self-doubt and preconceived notions of what discipline is supposed to look like. This book is the perfect tool for helping you cut through that fog and finally find the gentle path to discipline that you've only ever dreamed.

Well described book

This is an honest, helpful and well described book that really helped us get through some tough moments. I actually noticed some significant changes after trying to implement some of her techniques. I have not listen too many parenting books but this is an excellent, matter of fact one.
