The ruthless billionaire vs book shop clerk

This is the first audiobook series I've listened to where the performances by the actors have not distracted me from the story. I really enjoyed the storyline and performances! the story was easy enough to follow no matter what I was doing. The actors covered the characters well. I will definitely be checking out more audiobooks from this author!

A FIVE STAR FEEL-GOOD ROMANCE

This was a great follow-up/conclusion to Wall Street Titan and it kept its well-balanced pace as it smoked, sizzled and sparked with life during Marcus and Emma’s riveting romance. The feels were all there, the chemistry was there, the secrets were there.. and even the mischievous cats were there.. and I loved every single second of this wonderful couple’s courtship. After a bit of a rocky start in the beginning after Marcus had ghosted Emma, I loved how he became a man on a mission.. and that mission was to make an insecure out-of-her-depth Emma love him.. silly man we all love him - including Emma. His obsession and addiction to Emma made him go to dire lengths to steer the unsuspecting little lady right into his lap.. however an unearthed secret had her jumping back out. Worth a credit? Yes, it’s a fun and very entertaining dual POV listen that was brought to life by two A list narrators. The temperature definitely reached hot, the drama ebbed and flowed wonderfully well, the feels were frequent and the love oozed from every chapter.

Titan of "O" Street

Sitting in my office today trying to hide my secret carnal smile and tamp down my hoot of raucous laughter was especially challenging today. Why you ask? Well it is because Wall Street Titan's Marcus Corelli is back and he is determined to have the curvy red headed Emma like she is the hottest IPO since Apple! How is it possible that Titan's addiction is even sexier, funnier and even more entertaining than it's predecessor Wall Street Titan? Is it because we have come to know the unlikely duo Marcus and Emma better? Is it because the passion is even more intense and flammable (I lost track of Emma's O's and the number of times Marcus' "Dow Jones" rises!) Is it because we now have more insight and understanding into their heads and hearts? Is it because Marcus is such a hot, sexy, possessive alpha that we can't help but melt over him?! Or is it really Mr. Puffs? That Machavellian cat is just plotting for his own book, I know it! Maybe it is all of those things and the mastery that is Anna Zaires and her ability to write characters that we cheer and care for with their flaws and all. In Titan's Addiction, we see more of the emotional vulnerability of both Marcus and Emma and how impactful our past and childhood is to our sense of self. We also see how love can help us become our best selves, move forward, and let go of old wounds. Most importantly we see how funny Anna Zaires is as a writer! Ava Erickson and Sebastian York's wonderful narration made the characters even sexier - who knew that was possible?! I listened to the entire audiobook at my office. Luckily I don't run a major hedge fund or do anything that has any impact on market volatility since I spent my time at work today salivating over how Marcus gives the best foot baths EVER in the history of feet! So, I might have some explaining to do to my HR department as to why I was yelling OH MY DOW and slipping around my chair behind my desk... If I may I have a few dog names that I loved to suggest for the next couple's book? Ashton's not allergic right?

She’s too old to be acting like the YA she isn’t 😒

What a way to not be selfish by being selfish. The heroine is annoying AF.

Emma

What is actually wrong with her? Like I have never been so annoyed by a book character she ruined both books for me.

Anna Zaires disappoints for the first time

I am a big fan of Anna Zaires. These two books are a complete miss. This whinny female talks about how she HAS to PAY her way through both of these two books. It is tolerable in the first book but just annoyingly stupid in the second book. They can't do anything because she can't pay HER HALF. She can only have one slice of pizza because that is all she can afford. She can't go with him or do anything because she can't afford HER HALF. She is SOOOO afraid to be a dead beat like her mother. No intelligent woman acts this way. This is just stupid. I gave up after this stupid female was going to make her grandfather drive her to the airport for her economy flight even though her billionaire boyfriend had his private jet and was flying back ... She couldn't impose (she couldn't pay her half)...Who writes this nonsense? I didn't even finish the second book, even though both these books are on Audible escape. When it is free and you can't bear to finish it.... Well, that says it all.

Addicting Conclusion & Perfect Narration Duo !!!

Finally, the wait is over!! Marcus and Emmas love story comes to an end in this funny, sexy, and addicting conclusion. We last left Emma getting on a plane to Florida, leaving Marcus confused about his feelings for her and determined to win her back after Emma breaks up with him. Marcus, the sexy, over the top possessive Alpha always get what he wants and what he wants is Emma, the quirky, sweet and independent cat lady. Marcus realizes he cant live with out Emma, so he pushes his way into her life; spending Thanksgiving with her grandparents and pushing her to move in with him. Emma struggles with her own insecurities and to new changes around her. Eventually, realizing she too cant live without Marcus and goes all in on their relationship. This story was funny, sweet and explosive! The sexual chemistry between Marcus and Emma is so intense it practically jumps off the page. The scene where Marcus bonds with Emmas fur babies is so cute, showing Marcus soft side. I loved every minute of this book. It had everything you love in a modern romance story. Anna Zaires never disappoints! I read the book and let me tell you listening the audiobook is so much better!! Ava and Sebastian are amazing and DO NOT DISAPPOINT!!! They really bring Emma and Marcus to life.

Best book I’ve ever read!11

This was the BEST book ever! Well thought out plot so that each chapter was mind boggling great. Marcus and Emma’s characters were so alive and real I felt like crying during the rough times and cheering the good ones.

LOVED IT!!

I listened to part 1 and 2 in a 2 day span, I couldn't stop listening to this story. It was sweet, funny and you could feel their love as the story continued. I'm hoping the book 3 will be about Ashton and Kendall as that was left open but hopefully the story of Marcus and Emma will be included as well (to see at least how they have progressed).

This heroine...ugh!

Okay, Emma has to be the MOST annoying heroine! The last thing i want to read is a heroine who cant stop being a ridiculous martyr! Marcus is obsessive and manipulative and Emma folds like a road map and is spineless to stand up for what she wants because she doesnt think shes worthy. And yet, she demands that "she doesnt need a man," and refuses to let someone even pay for dinner because she can do it her damn self! It made it hard for anyone to do anything nice for her even in normal social proportions. The fact that she also lacks self esteem, and stubbornly CHOOSES to remain in her crappy situation like getting a better job or refusing help herself out of a deprecating life wasnt commendable! It was downright self deprecating and dry humped my last nerve for 14 hours I cant get back! It was a massive waste of time. I cant even say the intimacy was worth reading this dribble for as Emma was like a voiceless virgin on her back and somehow Marcus was a man who had a midas touch to what made her scream and it was less about two people connecting and more about the obsession with getting off. Ugh! If Sebastian York wasnt reading this, I'd have dropped this audio it like a hot potato. And it just goes to show that you can have a great narrator but even he can only do so much with the material provided. I listened to this at 1.5 speed for the last half of the book just to get through it faster.

I'M SPEECHLESS,,, AND IN A GOOD KIND OF WAY 🥰😍💙

My goodness! Marcus possessiveness is sexy as hell I'm trying not to salivate... Emma whom I all but purred thinking that "kitten" is definitely befitting of her, all adorable, cute and pretty. I sooooo love the couple and story I am speechless and gripping my hands the entire time til the end, and then I breathed I sigh of relief. FINALLY! Finishing an awesome story 💖 I can now die peacefully. LOL

too drawn out

I feel the story could have had a bit more depth, instead it was pretty much a repeat from where the first book left off.

Just Ok!

I like the male character but the female turning out to be a hypocrite character she already admitted she loves him but still she keeps on resisting to the fact that she let him to a blowing crazy sex then she keeps on insisting paying half of food etc. Well anyway I dont need to finish the book two.

Spiffingly Great !!!

I read this twice. Excellent storyline. I could picture Marcus and the fact that one gets into the characters in a book and is able to just move others them throughout a story, just adds greatness to any book. Sebastian and Ava was just awesome. Not sure why all these wall street tycoons are 27-35. Come on writers let’s get some 40-50 yrs in! Loved it. J

Fantastic story,

This is the second book I’ve read, and it did not disappoint, the narrators were absolutely spot on taking off the characters of Emma an Marcus, they brought the story to life, Ava Erickson and Sebastian York are absolutely brilliant together, I thoroughly enjoyed their story from the first book to this one, and I loved their happy ever after ending, I throughly recommend these books by Anna Zaires, Dima Zales,
