This book is brilliant on a number of levels, it spells out Jennifer's journey (both inner & outer), it describes the interaction/communication with Spirit, it also shows the process of initiation within the Shaman's world. I recommend listening to Jennifer's voice (which displays emotion at times, which makes this journey even more real ....) I recommend this book most highly.
