About this listen
Have you ever wondered what growing up was like in the 1920s in Virginia? I grew up as one of 11 children, and all of us were born at home. My name is Jane, and I wrote most of this book a long time ago. Not only will I tell you some of my memories, I will also introduce you to my brothers and sisters. Since we all went to a church four miles from home, we also share a perfect poem about it written by one of my best friends, Margie.
How do I manage to do all of this writing in 2023? With the help of my granddaughter, Rachel Edwards. Margie and I taught her everything she needed to know to publish and narrate our stories. We all wrote this book together at very different times.
