Something made me like this book, but I don’t know why. It is a sci-fi /romance /adventure, but all a light version. Nothing in particular about this book gripped me, but at the same time I powered through it. It’s not the sci-fi I like, but it was still a read I enjoyed and a series I will complete.

Interesting story, intrigue, tension between characters and events, great performance and excellent writing by Meagan Spooner and Amie Kaufman. Loved it and will listen to more of their audio books.

Wow, somehow I wasn't expecting such an exhilarating story!
Great narrators, although Lilac's narrator irritated me at times, she seemed over dramatic in not-really dramatic moments, and made her sound petulant (although I guess at the start of the story she is a bit).

Over all though I loved this book!

This was so much more than I expected .

The narrators were all so good, it has to be the best audio I have listened too ! The interview parts really got me , so intense.

The character development and world building was written really well and I never got bored .

This is the best audio book I have listened too in ages .

I absolutely loved this book. It was so well written with a thrilling plot and interesting characters. It was just the right amount of eerie and suspensful, especially with the music and interviews of the male lead. The narration was done so well and the voices really fit the characters and conveyed their difference in statis. I listened to it while driving to work and always wished my drive was longer so I could keep listening; it was captivating
