classic story

Great story obviously. The performance was great but could use a little tuning as I sometimes found it hard to hear.

Loved Every Moment of It!

A wonderful and exciting story.
Narration was brilliant, absolutely transported me to the River, the Wild Wood and Toad Hall.
I was sad when it was over, but so glad to have heard it.

Delightful and perfectly read.

A gentle reflection on friendship, home and class. There are just so many moments of magical realism. I listen over and over again.

Captivatingly wonderful

Loved it. True to the book and the TV series. It captures all the excitement and adventure and drops the listener right in by the riverbank to feel immersed and mesmerised. Highly recommended.

This reading is superb

Such high quality literature deserves a high quality reading. it is the type of book that was written to be heard, and it would be easy to listen to it over and over again. Pure enjoyment.
