Recommended!

The first night, I felt ridiculous, but I persevered. The next day, I felt different. I didn't feel hungry and I wasn't thinking about food as usual. I seemed full quicker when I did eat. Hmm. Intrigued, I kept it up and ended up doing about 10 sessions. The effect continued and I started to work on being more active, eating healthier and not eating mindlessly. It's been 3 months now, and I have lost 30 pounds. I did do one touch up session in the past week as I was tending to eat more during snack times.

Everyone should listen to this audiobook.

This book is full of positive affirmation that you can repeat to yourself throughout the day when emotional eating tempts you. I liked it.

Hoping for the positive results!!

I have been on so many diets before and never kept the weight of with out gaining it back. I'm so tried of restrictions on what food's to eat. I have never heard of Intuitive eating before but after I listened the book it made since about the diet industry. I'm so glad I decided to listen this book. To know that I can say no to diets and start eating foods again without guilt. To learn to listen to my body when it is hungry and when it's full.

Exactly what I needed

It explains almost everything you needed

As someone who always fluctuates in weight, the concept of weight loss hypnosis is really interesting to me. Highly recommended this audiobook!!

This was a great book.

The creator unloads a significant number of the reasons why we eat the manner in which we do so as to move beyond them and stop helpless dietary patterns, for example, stress eating and solace eating. That is are truly astounding

Wonderful

All things considered, book. Since practically all ladies around the globe regardless of the degree of their corpulence) are constantly disappointed with their bodies, helpless abstaining from excessive food intake and awful weight reduction suggestions can be hazardous to their well being.

Couldn't get past the voice!

Had high hopes for this book after the reviews. But now wondering if all friends of the author. The narrator sounds like a cross between max headroom and C3PO! so robotic! I am a seasoned meditator and couldn't manage more than 3 minutes before quitting.

Its great

I think this was intended to a greater amount of a book recording than a genuine book. It's fundamentally a reflection content and I thought that it was extremely captivating.
