Publisher's Summary

In The Ten Bridges of Transformation, world-renowned spiritual teacher Marianne Williamson addresses 10 universal human challenges that act as gulfs, separating us from all the things we most want and need in life. When they rear their head - as they quite frequently do - we are rendered paralyzed by them, powerless and incapable of true movement. In response, Marianne offers 10 radical new ways of encountering these inevitable challenges. These "bridges" will enable you to recognize the challenges and transitions of life as incredible opportunities for growth and enlightenment. Each one will carry you instantly from a specific challenging circumstance - anxiety, living in the past and future, focusing on guilt, negative thinking, and many more - to its positive alternative. The 10 bridges are an eternal compass that guides us along the path to spiritual wholeness. Anytime you are lost, confused, frustrated, doubtful, fearful, even hopeless, you can use these 10 active principles to immediately reorient yourself toward love, peace, and fulfillment. The Ten Bridges of Transformation includes several live segments, recorded at Marianne's renowned workshops. These segments will infuse and ignite you with the incredible energy and enthusiasm of Marianne's live events. As anyone who has heard or witnessed Marianne Williamson live can tell you, there's nothing quite like it. Without question, Marianne Williamson is one of the most profound, insightful, globally important spiritual teachers of our time. People who hear Marianne are invariably stunned by her incredible energy, but most of all by the absolute illusion-shattering truth of what she says. The Ten Bridges of Transformation is absolutely essential listening for every Marianne Williamson fan, and anyone who wants to discover how to transform life's changes, challenges, and hardships into miraculous opportunities for growth.

Incredible, Life changing and beautiful

Marianne Williamson has a beautiful and soothing voice. Her wisdom is profound yet easy to understand, whether or not you have read a course in miracles. I would recommend this audiobook to everyone on the planet.

This is NOT a Marianne book!

Any additional comments?

I am returning this ebook because simply said, it's not a Marianne Williamson book, as they would have you believe. It's a very disjointed series of snippets featuring Marianne speaking directly to the recording mike, then jumps to a very loud, anxious snippet from a lecture which features audience members and their problems, then a narrator who tries to explain why this is all happening. I am a HUGE Marianne fan, but this is not representative of her greatness.

Thought Provoking with useful exercises and Transf

I will be listening again. So many insights and wisdom from a Course in Miracles perspective but you can clearly see the cross over to any and all beliefs. Wonderful!

This audio is one I'm listening to over and over

If you could sum up The Ten Bridges of Transformation in three words, what would they be?

Practical, simplified, easy

What did you like best about this story?

This is a new concept to me, "illusion" and Marianne Williamson articulates it in such a simple and yet profound way. I am realizing that my chaos can actually serve my greater good; even the chaos that I've brought on myself through the universal law of cause and effect.

What about Marianne Williamson’s performance did you like?

Something about the tone of her voice soothes me.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from The Ten Bridges of Transformation?

Hang out more often with the truth of who I truly am, Love, and allow this Love to be the bridge of transforming my disorder into order.

When the student is ready, the teacher will appear

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I tried this audible title a year or so ago, I was not ready and could not get through it. I was lead back for some reason and tried it again .. .LOVED IT this time. This is the first audible title that I listened through twice in a row (24+ hours of listening time) just to hear all the principles a second time .. .WOW, good stuff.

What did you like best about this story?

Practical, concise, entertaining with big concepts but never talks down to us simple people!

What did you learn from The Ten Bridges of Transformation that you would use in your daily life?

All ten bridges are essential to living a full life, getting beyond our own BS and see the bigger picture. I think that bigger picture is everything in a nutshell.

Any additional comments?

My only complaint, I wish she used more than one text as her basis for understanding. She literally says "the course in miracles" at least once every couple of minutes! LOL

Great content - not so great narration

I had just finished listening to Tears to Triumph by Marianne Williamson and liked it so much that I wanted to try another by her. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that large parts of this book were compiled from seminar(s) she had conducted in front of an audience which makes the book feel disjointed although I do admit there are some real great gems of information presented here. She has a calm, reassuring voice in Tears to Triumph, but here I felt that I was being shouted at as she projected her voice for the audience and it was quite unpleasant. I tried adjusting my speakers to mitigate the shrill audio, to small effect. She also repeats herself several times because this is a hodgepodge of different presentations mixed with some of her own audio. It might come off better in book form, this was disappointing and became a trial to finish.

True to Marianne Form :-)

A delightful listen, filled with nuggets of wisdom. No book is perfect, but there are more than enough gems throughout to spur growth if that's what you're looking for. It did not disappoint.
