This book is brilliant!

This book is brilliant. It is absolutely the most helpful book I've listen on dealing with stress and I've listen many! The techniques are quick and easy and I've passed them on to lots of friends. The ill effects off too much stress are rife and this is a great technique to undo these unwanted effects.

Happy to Have Discovered Heart Math!

This book has been so helpful in teaching me how to effectively deal with stress, particularly worry and anxiety. It's well spoken and filled with all of the scientific studies that illustrate just how powerful a coherent heart rhythm is. Best of all, the four Heart math techniques described are so easy to implement. I highly recommend this book to anyone.

Definitely a must have guide!

I am very helpful from this book. I really appreciated the number of suggestions that were provided on how to connect with others and help one another stay accountable to manage stress eating. While it really does come down to mind over matter, accountability and knowing you have to check in with someone else will help you be successful in your goals.
