Publisher's Summary

This book is about Paul, the apostle who had an amazing revelation of the love of God the Father expressed through Jesus Christ, his beloved Son. The revelation of the God who was in Christ.

How did Paul receive such an incredible revelation?

How was this legalistic Jewish pharisee who persecuted the early church transform into the man who has this profound revelation?

Who was the man behind the words?

What was the back story?

Paul’s story unfolds in the pages of the New Testament. His story is pieced together from the account written by Luke in the Acts of the Apostles along with some pieces of biographical information scattered through the 13 letters written by Paul himself.

This audiobook also explores Paul's revelation and teaching because they are relevant for the Church today. Paul saw things with the eyes of his heart that very few have seen, and he still has much to teach us.

“In this very easy to read, informative and entertaining book by my friend, brother, and fellow servant of the Body of Christ, Trevor Galpin, you will be introduced to Paul in a deeper and more full way than I have ever known to be in print. This is the story of Paul." (James Jordan, American theologian and author)

Revelational

This is such a great approach to biblical history/theology. Trevor has helped my wife and I to place the grand themes of theology in God's communication through Paul, into the context of the growth of the early church.
It is always a sign of a good read/listen for me when I also purchase the book. This is a favourite and I look forward to the sequel coming out on Audible .. as an adjunct to the learning I anticipate from The Story of Paul II: The Middle Years ... Trevor Galpin's follow up of the second and third journeys of Paul

The Story of Paul being brought to life

The melodic English tone & easy voice of Trevor meant that the intricate and information of the culture and life around Paul could be absorbed and enjoyed. Paul’s relationships with the Romans, the Jewish leaders and the disciples are opened up so well in this audible book.
Grateful to have such rich understanding brought so intentionally to me and others. Thankyou Trevor!
