Not ready for prime time

Any worthwhile information was poorly explained with little guidance to apply so-called "principles". This book needed a real editor, if only to remove a few hundred occurences of "as such" and "thus". I would be surprised if even half of the positive reviewers actually listened to this book.

The Best way to know how to lose weight

Very relaxing
