Publisher's Summary

The Seven-Day Mental Diet is about throwing out all negativity and thinking only positive thoughts because, as the author says, thoughts are things, or they become things. If this is true, it follows that everything in your life today is based on your past thoughts.

Tony Robbins recommend

Excellent, short and to the point of rewiring habitual crappy thinking. Try this for 7 days and you'll soon be rewiring negative situations to positively percepted outcomes.

Simple and Easy

Short and profound advice on how to live a better life (almost) immediately. The premise is "Think well, to be well." The concept here is clear and simple.

17 minutes of "You should think positively"

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

I guess I didn't realize this wasn't an actual book when I ordered it. But all it is is a man saying "you should think positively for a week" and comparing it to a diet. He doesn't give any how-to's or anything. That's it.

The Most Important 17:43 minutes

This should be taught at school.
As vital as an ability to communicate
and number skills.
Listen and live it!
