I’ve converted lots of my friends.

It’s no secret that I love food and yet I’ve lost 22 pounds so far through intermittent fasting. People cannot believe the difference when they see me. I’ve converted lots of my friends to fasting and they have also had amazing results. Several of my friends have tried it with similar results.

utter nonsense, well read

science is a strong word in reference to the assertions made in the book. If you start discussing "toxins" in the first 5 minutes of a book you can tell where it's going.

Well explained and researched. Various studies referenced. IT gives you a deeper look at the various types of fasting. For me, I have found the most success from the 16/8 fast due to my schedule but look forward to trying the 24 hour fast sometime in near future.
