This was such a wonderful listen. The character development was great and the narrator did a fantastic job.

The sister, Steff, from “Just for Show”, is one of the the main protagonists in this one. She’s a stand up comedian looking to settle down and not travel around the country for gigs. Rae, an ex policewoman, injured on the job, is working as security at a comedy store that Steff does stand up. The mellow voice of Lori Prince brings Jae’s words to life.

I adore Lori Prince, so I’ll give anything she narrates a go, but this book was great and funny too!

I find it really grating to listen to and if not for this being a good story I'd give up.

I found The Roomate Arrangement easy to listen to, and the characters felt distinct and rounded. Prince did an excellent job making the voices different and setting the tone.

Initially it had me captivated, enjoying the whole scenario of the two unlikely people coming together, but the end seem to linger a little longer than needed, but overall not a bad listen and as usual Lori Prince did an excellent job.
