Publisher's Summary

The book and audio have been recently updated significantly. Are courts destroying our Second Amendment rights thru their liberal issuance of temporary restraining orders without due process, with no evidence and only hearsay, without the required standard of strict scrutiny in California? Court reform is needed now! This story is about a woman named Christy. I write in the first person and changed names. My short stories are about daughters, sisters, wives, and mothers. At the age of 51, I, Christy, was accused of dragging a third party, 20+-year-old boy (i.e., someone else), into my home while hitting him and threatening this third party with a gun by a well-connected boy seven years after the event for which he was not present and where the third-party boy did not testify in the trial for a restraining order with no evidence. In other words, clear and in-your-face hearsay. I lost my Second Amendment right thru the liberal issuance of a restraining order.…and this is justice in Kamala Harris’ California.
