Good story but awful narration

The story itself was quite good. The characters were interesting, if a little stock standard, and the tension of the story rose well. But the narration!! Just awful. Words mispronounced, and each character was delivered in the same have-amused voice. It was such a slog to listen to.

Perfect crime novel if you would love the dry

A captivating crime novel, which has lots of twists and a solid plot. If you love Jane Harper, then this book is a must!
