Publisher's Summary

The house-flipping how-to that turns everyday people into entrepreneurs.

Everyone likes the idea of turning the ugliest house on the block into the best house on the block and making a profit. Until now a system has not been shared on how to successfully complete this task on time and budget without getting your hands dirty. This audiobook not only cracks the code but shares the proven path and system to have a systems-based rehab business that makes consistent profits for ordinary, everyday people.

The Real Estate Rehab Investing Bible reveals the lucrative seven-stage system that allows author Paul Esajian and his students all across North America to manage multiple rehab projects at once while staying on time and under budget to build and grow their wealth. No experience? No problem. You'll learn strategies to find the right properties, negotiate the right offer, identify the right licensed and insured contractor for the job, and get the property sold to a happy homeowner for a profit. No capital? No problem. You'll learn how you can use other people's money to fund your deals and the IRS guidelines that help you keep more of the money you make. By learning and leveraging the principals of rehabbing and real estate, you'll start thinking like a business owner rather than a consumer.

Breaking into residential real estate provides an amazing opportunity for those with little or no experience and using other people's money. This book gives you the information, education, and systems every investor needs to start flipping and rehabbing houses without doing the work yourself and without losing your shirt to contractors and bad investing decisions.

Find deals: where and how to find deals, analyzing deals, and estimating repairs in minutes to acquire a rehab.

A real bible in Rehab investing

What made the experience of listening to The Real Estate Rehab Investing Bible the most enjoyable?

I've read multiple books on Real Estate Investment but the author of this book goes up and beyond my expectations. He walks you through the rehab process from estimating the costs, talking to rehab companies, contracts, caveats, how to execute contracts, what items must be in the contracts, when and how to pay. I love this book and will keep it as a reference.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, but, it was not possible. The book goes into detail (which is great) and I had to read it a few chapters at a time. But, I loved the book.

Absolutely excellent.

First: a disclaimer - if you have not already done research into the "flipping" method of real estate investment, please do so before you purchase this book. Real estate "flippers" are taxed heavily, so to be successful, you have to have some serious growth plans.

With that said, this book does exactly what it claims to - I've never read an instructional book with such clear guidelines on its stated topic. Esajian does not skip a beat, and I commend him for that. He does not leave a stone unturned. This is your lifeline if you want to flip - study it diligently.

Great resource of information. Listen and then buy the print copy!!

Excellent resource for aspiring investors.

Too much information to take in via an audible format but the good news is that after listening to the book I knew that buying a print copy would be a good investment.

Resources link doesn’t work

A lot of information in the book but the resources that they reference are no longer available on their website. The company has been unresponsive for a week to get me these resources that are documented throughout the book.

GREAT BOOK

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Definitely, this book has a lot of detail and free material to get you started on your real estate investment. I thought it was going to be another one of those books trying to sell you their software. But, not at all. I learned a lot and I have some real estate knowledge.

Ok book

Not sure why it’s called a rehab bible as it doesn’t go in details into the actual rehab process. Content is generalized about investing, which you can find in many other books. He does ho half way in between on actual rehab cost estimate which is good. He also pushes a bit for their expensive courses that range between $25k-50k which is ridiculous. You can get the same information and more off BiggerPockets resources and their books.

Good info, but intimidating

It was a lot of good information. However, for a beginner this book is a bit intimidating and overwhelming. It speaks on how to do this more as a full time job, not a casual side income
