I never saw the movie, but the plot of the audiobook idiotic. This may be the dumbest thing I ever listened to. The voice narration is pretty good, though, but doesn’t make up for the weak material.

A bit of my brain died

The movie is a classic. I naturally thought the book would be similar. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The book is the most boring, dull thing I’ve ever read. Almost every chapter starts with a new character who has very little to do with the story. Extremely boring and only good for putting you to sleep. Just watch the movie.

Absolute garbage
