This book contains the words I’ve been struggling to find, towards solving the problems in my life and feelings of dissatisfaction I’ve been wrestling with. Wow. How had I not heard of this title before? I’ve gone through similar books searching for answers, but this one - wow - did this one ever speak to me. I’m going to immediately listen to this again. Recommend this book to anyone looking for positive change in their lives, but haven’t found what feels like the correct path for them yet. Listen to this now!! The narration by the author is beautiful, but does suit listening with full attention rather than in the background.

On-top of this, in this book, Echhart has introduced me to some new, beautiful insights and understandings that he has discovered through his own journey.

This book has had a dramatic shift on my understanding of time, the mind and self. Never have I been more present, and at peace, than while listening to this stunning audiobook.

I have always lived in my head trying to make sense of this world and life. Held on to so much trauma and hurt. I have listened to sooooo much but this book would be the most profound so far. I have listened twice and will a third time to really let it sink in......such different concepts.
