Meh. Not what I needed.

While I plan to implement lots of suggestions in the book, there wasn’t even a single chapter dedicating to posting!!! I wanted details about that - timing, finding best key words and how to use them, size and frequency, types of content, article length, etc. This book only touches on posts in the last part of one chapter and that was simply addressing “status updates”. LI is a powerhouse for publishing content for branding. How could this book neglect it completely?

Lacks reference PDF

Information is excellent, however, it is significantly diminished because he makes regular references to graphics that are not made available in PDF format. This forces you to purchase his book twice!, once on Audible and again in hard/soft cover to gain his references. This should be told to us upfront.

Professionally presented well organized very informative

This is an excellent audiobook. You may want to buy the Book as well, just to view his examples. I recommend this audiobook

A practical explanation of LinkedIn

this was a thoughtfully worded book that wasn't full of technical jargon. It is design to take the fear out of using LinkedIn, and the author did a wonderful job

a great reminder book of what LinkedIn can do

There are many things very intuitive of LinkedIn. But there are other things you may not have thought about. I found this book to be a great refresher and provided me with additional tips I had not thought about.

Spot On, Relevant, Insightful & Valuable Info

Just getting started with LinkedIn. This book/audio was exactly what I needed, but I guarantee you it is loaded with key information that veteran users can use to gain personal results far above what they're currently getting. There may be a few more tricks I can learn from others but this is core manual packed with wise tricks to ethically maximize the tools.

Useful primer for the uninitiated in social media

Brief, concise and helpful. If you are not a social media guru, or are hesitant to jump into LinkedIn (LI) as a part of you professional online presence, this book will help you understand how LI can be another tool in your social media tool kit. For those who grew up in the Facebook (FB) generation and have thousands of followers, this book will help you to understand that LI is not FB for professionals, and that there are no prizes for the person who amasses the highest number of meaningless connections. Read it, follow Breitbarth's advice, and it can improve your business communications, sales, and job prospects.

Good starter for linked in usage

great book with the basics and some of the more advanced features explained in a business context with an excellent actions' section. Recommended for people new to linked in or those who feel they could be using it for more.
