Editorial reviews

The Atlanta Radio Theatre Company’s vintage-style program Rory Rammer, Space Marshal will transport listeners back to the golden age of radio. Tuning into this digital episode, "The Planetoid of Doom", it’s easy to imagine oneself in 1952, daydreaming about what the future might be like in 1985. Of course this is all intentional on the part of Rory creator Ron N. Butler and the full cast of versatile radio actors who dramatize the soundscaped show. Famed for performing their programs live at sci-fi conventions, these modern actors like David Benedict and Jack Mayfield make listeners believe in killer androids and robotic deputies - at least for a short time.
