Riot Night changed my life. Coming back to Shadow Grove turned it on its head. I’ve been hunted, stabbed, stalked, tormented, and used. “You’ll always be mine.” The latest taunt from my stalker reminded me I was nothing more than a possession to my father, to the Reapers, to Archer D’Ath. Even to Kody and Steele. Princess Danvers - the prize. His wife. Archer D’Ath’s wife. I hate them. They lied to me. Over and over again. I knew they were lying, and I hate myself for letting it happen. “Liar, liar, pants on fire.” The words scrawled on the back of my newest stalker mail makes my blood run cold. I have no idea if it’s the lie I know or one that I don’t. Since arriving back into Shadow Grove, I’ve been stalked, tormented, chased, and almost killed. I’ve been lied to, repeatedly, by people I was growing to trust.

I never thought I could forgive them. I didn't believe there was still a heart inside of me that could forgive. But my boys, my knights, were taking down my walls and claiming a piece for themselves. All I wanted was to lock our secret away and enter junior year as though the past never happened...but someone won't let me. Someone knows what we did and the price for their silence may be more than I can give.

After scamming most of our town out of their life savings, my folks disappeared in the middle of the night. Forced to take me in, my estranged aunt and uncle shipped me off to Raven River Academy the first chance they got. In my town, the line between the haves and the have-nots is actually a 12-foot gate that keep the unwanted where they belong. Nothing could unite the two factions until I set foot on campus.

My boys and I don't mind using two wrongs to make a right - I just hope our brewing obsession with one another doesn't kill us all first.
