Great to get some clarity and context surrounding the history of Aotearoa, New Zealand. Feels like a very balanced account and is well read by the narrator.

a good overview that will lead to more in-depth reading on NZ topics. Some parts will be rushed, certainly it is more North island centric due to the population disparity, but as a general overview if New Zealand history both political, economic and cultural this is a great start.

An extremely stilted and unnatural narration style has ruined this one for me unfortunately. It feels like being read to by a speech and language tutor who’d rather be literally anywhere else.
