Brilliant. John’s style, in John’s voice.
So glad I bought this as the audio book. Nothing better than having John reading it to you himself in his own voice. He has a solid consistent message. John deals it out in his own style, underpinned by so much peace, goodness and hard earned wisdom. Having heard and loved John on podcasts, this is like an 8 hour podcast full of authentic stories and really genuine kind guidance. I know I’m going to listen to this more than once.

Great book. Great guy
I was already a fan of JJ and loved the CROMAGS. This book actually delivers some strategies to beat the enemy mind with daily application of principles. Its delivered with poignancy and humour. Loved it!

Effing Good Book
This is one book you must listen to rather than read. Hearing John swear and carry on gives do much more to this book. Great info delivered beautifully. Probably the best audio book that I have heard.
