I am enjoying immediate succour from this book's simple, effective techniques that commence before having finished the book's introduction!
And I feel renewed hope for my poor, stress-abused body thanks to this book's revelations. I like the book's format and in particular, I appreciate the communication style that Elise Hart uses. She gets straight to the point with direct, clear communication which always assumes an intelligent discerning listener.
I loathe most self help books, but Elise 'had me" at the introduction. I am immediately reaping the benefits of a new understanding and appreciation of my body and how to easily reset it thanks to her optimistic no nonsense approach. If you, like me have already done the years of 'mind work' dealing with negative thinking habits; then this book will complete your mission with very simple, scientifically sourced techniques that act directly towards removal of that preponderant bodily induced anxiety.
