Audible gave a much better experience than the book. The performances were fantastic and brought a visceral feeling to the book.

Loved the story and the format of a book in a book.

My only criticism is that I would’ve like to hear more about the “why” from Jim himself, and more about how Katy survived after the whole affair..

But the convergence of the two story lines was climactic and fulfilling.

Looking forward to reading more by CRH!

I’m going to finish it, eventually, but the repetitive intonation the female narrator uses grinds my gears. It’s so repetitive I can hear it in my head. It’s replaced my thoughts. Save me.

Tight story line that keeps you hanging for the following pages. I approached this book blindly after a recommendation from a friend and damn glad that I did in hindsight.
