Story
The monsters live inside of Kate Woodson. Chronic pain and a host of autoimmune diseases have robbed her of a normal, happy life. Her husband Andrew's surprise of their dream Maine lake cottage for the summer is the gift of a lifetime. It's beautiful, remote, idyllic, a place to heal. But they are not alone. Something is in the woods, screeching in the darkness, banging on the house, leaving animals for dead. Just like her body, Kate's cottage becomes her prison. She and Andrew must fight to survive the creature that lurks in the dead of night.

Story
It had been a rough five years for Memphis Police Officer Jake Jessup. Blaming himself for the death of two partners, a divorce, and almost losing his job, the three-day canoe and kayak trip in the Ozarks sounded like the perfect way to reconnect with family and friends, and to put old demons to rest. What he found instead were a new set of demons, only these were real...and deadly. A float turns tragic for a group of boaters when a secret military project escapes into the Ozark Mountains of West Arkansas.

All but one of its crew is killed by the massive serpentine horror that rises from the sea. The creature likes this human prey. The chewy outer hide. The tender saltiness within. A roadwork crew has disappeared without a trace; a truck is found run off the road; a lakefront property is mysteriously vacant, its roof damaged as though something large descended from high above; and an eerie quiet has overtaken the countryside.

But when Captain John Banks and his squad arrive, it is to find an empty vessel, and a scene of bloody mayhem. very eventful
This is a graphic audio production, so you can be assured the performance is 100%. the story itself is inspired by the 'real' montauk monster, which you can google if you like.
i really enjoyed it. It starts off on a fairly standard creature feature adventure (which i happen to love) but by the end, it becomes a calamity of truly epic proportions. it's quite the adventure, with a surprisingly large body count. Very enjoyable.
