Utterly useless... Endless rambling about deserving all the things you want in life, writing down what you want and being grateful/gratitude for all the amazing things you WILL receive. There's even a section on 'practicing the art of forgiveness' and 'sending love' to people.

The narration is obnoxious! She exclaims "STORYTIME!!" several times throughout the book, before going into another rambling anecdote about being grateful for being able to afford food and for having a fluffy cat.

There literally isn't one actual useful piece of advice in the book!
