Best baby book out there

If there is one baby book you’re going to listen to while you’re pregnant, this is the one. I have recommended this book to so many people, including my husband, as I just think comparatively to other baby books it has been the best one I’ve read. The author covers every single subject with openness and research, regardless of your personal preference to birth she covers it with information & fact. I love this book because the author does not really pushes her personal preference or opinion, it is just pure information. Highly recommend

So informative!

I'm not currently pregnant or actively trying so I'm not the key target audience but this book was incredibly informative. I learned so much about the human body that I wish was taught more widespread. As someone not initiated to motherhood it answers so many questions I'd be too scared to ask. It also made me feel a lot more positive and prepared for a future pregnancy and birth. I found there are so many more options available than I would have imagined.

One word: FANTASTIC !!!!!

I don’t ever leave reviews, so take it from me when I say BUY THIS BOOK!!!!

Such a good read/ listen. I would HIGHLY recommend this book. I’m aiming to fall pregnant towards the end of this year as a first time mum. So it was nice to read such a POSITIVE perspective of preganacy and birth. It’s made me even more broody than before, and super excited for the journey of motherhood.

This book was easy to follow and clearly read. The author included so many top tips and tricks (perfect for 1st time mums and mums to be). I’m so glad I have this in my audible liberate as I’ll defo be listening to it again! Thank you for such an amazing book.

Relaxing and calming for a first time over 35 mum to be.

It’s like the midwife is there answering all your inner thoughts. I’m a 1st time mum to be at early stage of pregnancy. I can’t speak to an actual midwife until weeks 7-8 and found this very reassuring, especially when you are experiencing everything for the first time and can’t talk about it till your 12 weeks! I will recommend this to every pregnant woman I meet from now on.

So simple, helpful, lovely

I loved listening to this. Listening to Marie Louise read her words for herself made it so much more personal and reassuring. As a first time mum-to-be, who is overjoyed, but also a little terrified, this book was perfect. It tells you all you need to know without overwhelming you. It’s packed with fascinating, practical and heartfelt advice. It will leave you well informed and, perhaps more importantly, emotionally ready to bring your baby into the world.

really useful, great that it includes post-birth

This book surpassed my expectations, I thought it was really clear and informative and great that it looked at the whole early experience for new mothers from pregnancy to looking after your mental health post-birth. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful, informative book

I’d highly recommend this book to expectant and new mothers. Marie Louise covers all areas of what to expect, from labour and birth, to the post natal period, and beyond. I thoroughly enjoyed her advice in the lead up to my due date (next week) and will no doubt reference this book as I navigate new motherhood.
