Loved this book. It was like listening to an old friend. The advice and stories we interesting and relevant. I also like that author backed her points with current evidence based practice. I would highly recommend it for First Time Mums.

I'm not currently pregnant or actively trying so I'm not the key target audience but this book was incredibly informative. I learned so much about the human body that I wish was taught more widespread. As someone not initiated to motherhood it answers so many questions I'd be too scared to ask. It also made me feel a lot more positive and prepared for a future pregnancy and birth. I found there are so many more options available than I would have imagined.

I so enjoyed listening to Marie!! She 90% covered important matters that worries moms or mom to be's. I loved the practical advices she gives. Her voice is giving listener confidence and calming at the same time. Highly recommend!

As a first time mum I found this book really useful.
It provided a lot of great information that doesn't get covered during your appointments. I will be going back to various sections as I continue to make plans and progress through my pregnancy.
Marie's voice is really easy to listen to.
