It’s more like a book of pollyisms. Similar to the type of chat you hear if you tune into her on the radio. It’s not a bad book, nicely written and expertly performed by Polly but it isn’t what I expected (says more about me than the author). It is not a memoir - if you go in not expecting a memoir you will probably enjoy it.
