Good information

I am a fan of ACV with the "mother" in it,organic.I wanted to know more abt its uses and the "mother".This book is educational,although a bit corny wit the testimonies and photos.But it is a good book of facts and uses.

Excellent book

A excellent book to have that shows you how you can heal your body with apple cider vinegar. And there's definitely a difference between Daisy's apple cider vinegar, and the regular apple cider vinegar in the stores. I didn't realise that apple cider vinegar could heal my gums. So I brought some regular apple cider vinegar, and it did alright. So I decided I would purchase Daisy's apple cider vinegar to see if there was any difference, and there definitely was. Plus this book made me aware of a lot of things that I wasn't aware of, like the importance of making sure my body got enough potassium on a daily basis to remain healthy. I highly recommend this book if you want to stay healthy.

Awesome

I have the primary book, and think this one is far and away superior. I made the nectar sriracha bacon wrapped pork today around evening time. The terrible: I don't have an air fryer sufficiently large, The bacon didn't generally cook well in the center; Not certain I cooked it sufficiently long, and it didn't look as beautiful as the image in the book.

Such a great listen

This is one of the best book I have ever bought. The author is down to earth, an everyday kind of person. She adds information on how she handles "lazy" days which is great. She admits she is not perfect. The recipes look amazing. I have tried one of the egg recipes for breakfast and one of the smoothies, so good and easy.

I loved everything

I loved everything you had written about her story and how instant loss came to be! There are so many great recipes in the book!! Good One

This is my first Instant Loss cookbook and it is awesome. I was nervous taking the first steps but started with a few recipes and started building up. get off the medication and enjoy

I have gone through some ab pain, but i new what was going on. I had a man at work tell me the health care industry was 18% of our GDP. well hello they want you sick so you can go pay your co pay at the doctors office, and he can perscribe a pill for you the rest of your living days. Not one mention of how to change your life and eating style so you dont need any more pills. I heard this at work also, I ask a friend where is your help, he told me they could not keep anybody, these young people want the money ,but not the job!!!!

Great book and diet

I've been living wheat free since the first Wheat Belly book came out. In the past year I had let some grains back into my diet. I followed the 10 day plan in this book to the letter....down one pant size and feel great! I'm back on the straight and narrow again....no grains, limited carbs, no sugar and this book gave me the momentum.

Excellent Book !!!

I firmly believe with all my heart that most of our health issues and medical conditions. This book is the key to living healthier and better.

Easy to follow

A very simple and easy book to listen.This book touches on the short and long term effects that toxins have in your body. It teaches you how to rid the toxins in your body and also give you tips on how to avoid toxin build ups from sources you normally wouldn't think of. I absolutely loved this book

I think this book would make a perfect gift. I would get a copy for a dieting friend as a way to encourage them with a new approach to maintaining a healthy weight, or I’d give it as a graduation gift as a way of helping a new graduate promote a lifetime of health. It would also make a great Christmas gift or “thanks for your help” gift for a neighbor or friend. The value of a “good for your health!” gift can never be underestimated.
