Honest, Informative and written with passion

Dr Jodie nailed it!
This book has helped me to understand what those around me are going through, better than anyone I’ve ever spoken too.
I especially love that she doesn’t just tell you the symptoms and send you on your way, like most other books do.
Dr Jodie’s book has given me the tools and resources I needed to support those I love as well as myself as we navigate this world of anxiety.

I’ve bought this book for 5 people now, and each and every one of them has told me how much it has helped them too.

My only tip would be that if you are listening to the audio book, play it at 1.3 speed …. But that could just be me.
