As a financial advisor, it's clear why real estate (physical) is not recommended but ETFs. It's true, physical real estate is the only game in town. The 10% quoted on paper assets does not even come close. Great book and thank you

The first thing that came to mind was, why wasn't this taught at school? Everyone should have access and exercise the rules in the book at least once in their lives to recognize the importance it plays in creating wealth for you & your future generation. Its not only about real estate, it's about wealth creation in its essence. Read it, Listen to it & Go make yourself a millionaire real estate investor!

I saw a google talk from one of the co-author and I had high expectation for this book. It fail miserably. I recommend any basic real estate book from your local library
